Shipping and Return Policy

Order Processing

 All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please note that during peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. 

Shipping Times

We offer standard shipping with delivery times ranging from 3-8 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and any external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of your order. We offer competitive rates to ensure you receive the best possible service. 

Shipping Area

We currently only ship within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment. 

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return. Please contact our customer service team for return instructions and a return authorization. 


To start a return or exchange, simply send an email to info@atticamoon.com. Please include your Order Number and Shipping Zip Code. Keep in mind that you're eligible for one exchange per original order. 


Eligibility for Returns 


  • Unopened Products: Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
  • Receipt: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.


Non-Returnable Items 


  • Final Sale Items: Certain items such as clearance or final sale products cannot be returned.
  • Personal Care Products: Opened personal care products (e.g., lotions, creams) are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.


Refunds


  • Refund Method: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 4-8 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


Exchanges


  • Exchanging Items: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.


Return Process


  1. To start a return or exchange, simply send an email to info@atticamoon.com. Please include your Order Number and Shipping Zip Code. Keep in mind that you're eligible for one exchange per original order. 
  2. Acknowledge Request: Once we receive your return request, we'll send you a confirmation email with instructions.
  3. Review Request: We'll verify the details of your request, including order number and shipping address.
  4. Authorize Return: If the request meets our return policy, we'll authorize the return and provide a return authorization number and shipping label.
  5. Return Instructions: You'll receive detailed shipping instructions and the return label via email.
  6. Receive and Inspect: Once we receive the returned item, we'll inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  7. Process Refund/Exchange: We'll process your refund or exchange based on your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped to you.
  8. Notify Client: You'll receive an email confirming that your return has been processed, along with any relevant details.
  9. Update Records: We'll update our records to reflect your return and any actions taken.
